Decluttering Happy Hour – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing and participating in Decluttering Happy Hour, you agree to the following:

Live Experience
Decluttering Happy Hour is a live, group-based experience held weekly on Zoom. Participation is voluntary, and results will vary based on individual engagement.

Recording & Usage
All Decluttering Happy Hours are recorded. By attending, you grant permission for recordings and/or clips to be used by Unison Frances and Go Goddess Organizing LLC for educational and promotional purposes, including but not limited to YouTube, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
You may keep your camera off or change your display name at any time.

Confidentiality & Community Respect
This is a supportive, trust-based community. You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not share, record, screenshot, or discuss personal stories or identifying details shared by other members outside of the session.

Personal Responsibility
You understand that decluttering can be emotional and agree to participate at your own pace, honoring your personal boundaries and well-being.

Access & Attendance
Drop-in purchases grant access to one live session. Annual passes provide access to weekly sessions for 12 months from the date of purchase. Attendance is optional and not guaranteed.

No Refunds
Due to the live nature of the experience, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Conduct
Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from a session without refund, at the sole discretion of Go Goddess Organizing LLC.
