Terms and Conditions for The Year She Let It Go Membership
Effective Date: November 1st 2024
Welcome to The Year She Let It Go! These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your membership and participation in The Year She Let It Go program ("Membership") provided by Go Goddess Organizing, owned and operated by Unison Frances ("Company", "we", or "us"). By purchasing and participating in the Membership, you agree to abide by this Agreement. Please read it carefully before signing up.

1. Services and Deliverables
What We Provide
Upon joining The Year She Let It Go, you will receive access to the following benefits:
The Year She Let It Go digital planner and monthly guidance.
Access to a private Facebook community for members only.
Twice Monthly 30-minute group calls including:
Monthly journal session to set intentions.
Progress Party and "show-and-tell."
Bi-monthly virtual Decluttering Happy Hours.
What We Do Not Provide
Individual, one-on-one decluttering sessions or coaching unless explicitly purchased separately.
Guarantee of specific results (e.g., a completely decluttered home or emotional state). Success depends on your effort and participation.
Legal, medical, or financial advice.

2. Appointment Handling
All group calls and virtual sessions are pre-scheduled and communicated via email and/or within the Membership community.
Replays of recorded sessions may be provided at our discretion. However, live calls may not be rescheduled for individual members who cannot attend.
It is the member's responsibility to track call schedules and participate actively.

3. Fees and Payments
Membership Fees: The Membership fee is as advertised at the time of purchase. Payment can be made as a one-time annual payment or monthly installments, as offered.
Payment Terms: All fees are charged upfront and are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the membership.
Payment Methods: Payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal.
Late or Failed Payments: If your payment method fails, you will be notified to update your information. If unresolved within 7 days, access to Membership benefits may be suspended.

4. Cancellation Rights and Refund Policy
You may cancel your Membership at any time by emailing Hell@GoGoddessOrganizing.com
For monthly payment plans, cancellations will stop future payments, but no refunds will be issued for previous months.
For annual memberships, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. After this period, all payments are final.
Upon cancellation of a Monthly Plan access to future Membership materials and benefits will be stopped. All materials Previously purchased will remain available.

5. Confidentiality
We value your privacy. All personal information shared during group calls, within the community, or via communication with the Go Goddess Organizing will be treated as confidential.
Members are prohibited from sharing personal stories, comments, or sensitive information from other members outside the Membership community.
Violation of this confidentiality may result in termination of Membership.

6. Intellectual Property
All content provided in The Year She Let It Go Membership, including but not limited to the digital planner, worksheets, videos, live calls, and materials, is the intellectual property of Unison Frances and Go Goddess Organizing.
You may use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or sell Membership materials without explicit written permission.

7. Data and Privacy
By signing up for the Membership, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
We use secure third-party platforms to manage payments, calls, and community discussions (e.g., Stripe, Zoom, Facebook). Please review their privacy policies as well.

8. Liability
Your participation in The Year She Let It Go Membership is voluntary. You accept full responsibility for any actions or decisions made based on Membership content.
The Company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from your reliance on Membership materials or participation in Membership activities.
In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the amount paid for the Membership.
Misuse of Content
Misuse or unauthorized sharing of Membership content is strictly prohibited. Such violations may result in immediate termination of Membership and legal action.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email and/or the Membership platform. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You understand that your participation in the Membership is voluntary and that results depend on your active engagement and effort.
